Employee Voicemail Requirements
It is strongly recommended that all employees of CCBH have a separate work phone number either with a separate phone line or voIP service such as Google Voice. Your voicemail needs to be confidential and not accessed by anyone other than you. Voicemails should be set up in the following manner:
- Clearly identifies the employee, their position and employment with Community Choice Behavioral Health
- Provides the phone number to Community Choice Behavioral Health’s office and the statewide crisis number members can use if they are experiencing a crisis (988 or 1-888-568-1112)
- Indicate the employee will get back to the caller within 24-48 hours.
Employee Email Requirements
To ensure all electronic communications uphold the standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), all employees must use a standardized, HIPAA-compliant email signature when corresponding with clients, providers, or external partners. Follow the slides below to update your outlook email signature.

Some of our providers prefer to use Doxy as a means of meeting with clients virtually. It is a secure, HIPAA compliant way for clients to access you without having to remember different meeting links. To learn how to set up your own meeting room, follow the steps outlined in the guide below.
