KARRYANN NADEAU

KarryAnn Nadeau is a clinical case manager at CCBH that believes in a simple work mantra: “Team work makes the dream work.” She has served people in the tri-state (Maine, NH, MA) area her entire career. For over 20 years she has fed her passion to help others by exploring strengths-based social services. Linking clients to the programs and providers that actually help is the dream. Spearheading a team of professionals, that aim to best care for the clients, is what KarryAnn does best as a case manager. She has served foster care families, incarcerated adults, in psychiatric hospitals, on First Nation’s tribal lands and in special education settings. When not working you can find KarryAnn training working breed dogs, playing volleyball or taking landscape photographs. She has her MHTR/c certificate from the State of Maine where she also attended UNE in Biddeford for her bachelor’s degree. KarryAnn earned her MA degree from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, in Art Therapy.

STEPHANNI THYNG

Stephanni Thyng is a clinical case manager and program manager who supports individuals experiencing mental health struggles, substance abuse/recovery, and homelessness by using a person-centered, strengths-based approach. She believes that all people have strengths, values and needs that are unique to them that should be used to guide the treatment process. Stephanni has worked in the mental health field in a variety of different capacities for nearly a decade, including direct care work with individuals of all abilities across their lifespan, administratively, and providing case management support to both children and adults. Currently, she is enjoying providing support to those in need and aspires to go back to college to earn a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. Stephanni is certified in Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician – Community (MHRT-C), Mental Health First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention. Stephanni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Husson University and an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Health from York County Community College. When she’s not at work she can be found watching the Bruins, making core memories with her family and fur-babies, reading or perhaps even writing her next novel.

Lisa Proctor’s journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication and compassion. For over 20 years, Lisa has been a provider, bringing a unique blend of experience and heart to her work. What truly sets her apart is her commitment to shared living for her adult daughter, a role that has shaped her life in profound ways. A graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta (UMA), Lisa’s educational background has laid a strong foundation for her career. But it is her passion for making a difference in people’s lives that truly defines her. Whether she’s offering support to those in need or simply being a source of positivity, Lisa’s impact is felt far and wide. When she’s not dedicating her time to others, you can find Lisa enjoying the great outdoors, camping with her loved ones, or cherishing moments with her grandkids. These precious times provide her with the balance and joy that fuel her remarkable journey.

JEFFREY S. WILLIAMS

Jeff is a compassionate clinical social worker with nearly 15 years of experience in case management and social work. A proud United States Army combat veteran, he brings a unique perspective to his practice, understanding the challenges faced by individuals in various life circumstances. Jeff is dedicated to helping clients succeed by employing a strength-based approach that meets them where they are, both mentally and physically. Holding a Master of Social Work from Walden University, he also boasts an impressive educational background with four undergraduate degrees. His journey began with a degree in music and video business, followed by an Associate of Science in Education, where he gained valuable teaching experience. Additionally, he earned an associates in liberal studies and a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and Human Services from the University of Maine. In his free time, Jeff enjoys outdoor activities and has a deep passion for music, both playing and creating. He believes that creativity and connection are vital for personal growth and healing, fostering resilience in those he serves.

MICHELE MESERVEY
MHRT/C, Case Manager
Michele has been working in the mental health field since she graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Community Health Education in 2012 at the University of Maine At Farmington. She worked as a BHP for about three years until transiting into a role as an Ed Tech at in 2015 after the birth of her first son. Michele was sad to leave that position after Covid-19 into a remote position as a Case Manager. She shares that she fell in love with the work and has been a Case Manager working with both Children and Adults ever since. Currently, she is working towards her Masters in Counseling with an Emphasis in the Arts at the University of Maine at Farmington and plans to Graduate in May of 2027. Michele shares that she has a passion for helping others and believes that mental health is drastically underserved in Maine. She comments that growing up in poverty as a child taught her lessons about the importance of healthy mental health and it helps her understand her clients.
Michele shares that her drive and motivation to grow and improve herself lies within her two sons who are 10 and 2 years old. She wants her sons to have the life she never had. She comments on loving her life and her home in South Paris, Maine. Michele seeks comfort in nature and loves to go on adventures with her two sons. She also enjoys long distance running and finds respite in going on a long run with no agenda.

BRIAN TOPF

Brian Topf (he/him) is an outpatient therapist who believes deeply in the innate human ability to heal when the right supports and conditions are in place. His experience spans diverse populations, including clinical work with clients in Lewiston’s public housing program, direct support for individuals with physical disabilities and older adults, and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities. Brian earned his Master’s in Counseling from the University of Southern Maine in 2023 and has trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication. In his free time, Brian enjoys making music, fishing, and exploring Maine’s beautiful outdoors.

ALYSSA CLAYTON

Alyssa Clayton (she/her) is a case manager at CCBH who believes in providing a safe space to build genuine relationships with clients. She understands the importance of client’s having their basic needs met in order to be their best selves. Alyssa brings experience of supporting people living with HIV/AIDS through case management as well as people experiencing unhousedness. Additionally, she is passionate in working with individuals post incarceration to support their re-entry and make meaningful steps towards a new life. Alyssa has earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from her home state at University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire as well as a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. In the summertime outside of work, you can find her enjoying the outdoors through photography or reading in the trees in her hammock. During the winter she prefers to be inside reading or hanging out with her cats.
