Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)
  • A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or LMFT)
  • Experienced – at least 3 years in mental health settings
  • Skilled in working with diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized populations, both with adults, young adults, and youth

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
  • Provide individual outpatient therapy to adult and youth

  • Address issues such as serious mental illness, aging-related concerns, trauma, and identity
  • Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Community Choice Behavioral Health provides Community Integration Case Management services and Outpatient Therapy with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed care practices. We are currently looking for a Per Diem Case Manager to add to our growing community integration services team, adult section 13, and TCM services for youth. Services offered primarily through telehealth, with some in-person meetings within the community as needed, according to client preference. This is a fee for service position with flexible hours. Experience working with populations with co-occurring disorders/serious mental illness/behavioral challenges, homelessness, or transitioning youth is strongly preferred.
