Adult Case Management– Section 17, Section 13 Adult, and TCM Youth

Community Choice Behavioral Health provides Community Integration Case Management services and Outpatient Therapy with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed care practices.

We are currently looking for a Per Diem Case Manager to add to our growing community integration services team, adult section 13, and TCM services for youth. Services offered primarily through telehealth, with some in-person meetings within the community as needed, according to client preference. This is a fee for service position with flexible hours. Experience working with populations with co-occurring disorders/serious mental illness/behavioral challenges, homelessness, or transitioning youth is strongly preferred.

Required Skills:

Experience with a Trauma Informed Recovery focused philosophy/ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations.

• Good organizational and computer skills; previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Effective time management – documentation skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to pass a criminal history check
• Current Maine Driver’s License/ vehicle insurance as required by state law

Job Type: Full-time/Fee for Service Pay:

• $44,500.00 to $60,000.00 based on 26 to 33 billable hours average per week
• Paid administrative and supervision support

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required for TCM and Section 13 adults
• Adult CIS – MHRT/C required bachelor degree preferred
• Case management: 1 year (Required)
