Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)

• A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or LMFT)
• Experienced – at least 3 years in mental health settings
• Skilled in working with diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized populations, both with adults, young adults, and youth
• Comfortable with EMRs and familiar with Microsoft 365
• A strong communicator, self-starter, and team player with a sense of humor and heart

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adult and youth
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, CPT, etc.)
• Address issues such as serious mental illness, aging-related concerns, trauma, and identity
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $68,000.00 – $82,000.00 annually based on 25 to 33 billable hours weekly

Job Description:

Community Choice Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time/Fee-for-Service Outpatient Clinician to join our team. We offer creative and flexible schedules to support a healthy work-life balance. Our ideal candidate will possess the required qualifications and demonstrate exceptional clinical care for both youth and adult populations. CCBH provides DBT skills groups for adolescents and adults, functional assessments, Med Management resources,  in addition to outpatient therapy.  At Community Choice Behavioral Health, we strive to foster a professional work culture that promotes work-life balance, enabling you to perform at your best.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse clientele using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach.
• Complete all required paperwork and adhere to compliance standards for outpatient therapy.
• Manage caseloads of clients ranging from a minimum of 22 to over 35 billable hours per week as appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management skills, and familiarity with electronic health record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Maine as an LCSW, LCPC or LCPC-C, LMSW-CC, LMFT
• Must reside in the State of Maine

• $68,000.00 to 82,000.00 annually based on 26 to 33 billable hours weekly
