Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)

  • A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or LMFT)
  • Experienced – at least 3 years in mental health settings
  • Skilled in working with diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized populations, both with adults, young adults, and youth
  • Comfortable with EMRs and familiar with Microsoft 365
  • A strong communicator, self-starter, and team player with a sense of humor and heart

 

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults and youth
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, CPT, etc.)
  • Address issues such as serious mental illness, aging-related concerns, trauma, and identity
  • Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients

 

Schedule & Location

  • Monday to Friday (flexible; set your own schedule)
  • Full time fee for service model
  • Fully remote or hybrid, as preferred
  • Must reside in Maine
