Licensed Clinician / Therapist

Provide individual, family, and group outpatient therapy to children, adults, and families across Maine, with scheduling flexibility and real clinical supervision behind you.

What you'll do
- Carry an outpatient therapy caseload with intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Write and maintain timely clinical documentation in our EHR
- Coordinate care with case managers, prescribers, schools, and DHHS partners
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team consultation
What we're looking for
- Maine license or conditional license (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related clinical field
- Comfortable with telehealth and community-based sessions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Case Manager

What you'll do
- Complete assessments and build person-centered service plans with clients
- Connect clients to housing, MaineCare, benefits, education, and medical resources
- Meet with clients in the community, at home, and in the office
- Document contacts and progress and coordinate closely with the clinical team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or human services field (or MHRT/C eligibility)
- Experience with community case management or Maine's behavioral health system preferred
- Strong organization and advocacy skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
