Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)

• A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or LMFT)
• Experienced – at least 3 years in mental health settings
• Skilled in working with diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized populations, both with adults, young adults, and youth
• Comfortable with EMRs and familiar with Microsoft 365

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adult and youth
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, CPT, etc.)
• Address issues such as serious mental illness, aging-related concerns, trauma, and identity
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,000.00 annually based on 25 to 33 billable hours weekly

Adult Case Management-- Section 17, Section 13 Adult, and TCM Youth Qualifications

• MHRT/C – Adults--required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Community Choice Behavioral Health provides Community Integration Case Management services and Outpatient Therapy with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed care practices. We are currently looking for a Per Diem Case Manager to add to our growing community integration services team, adult section 13, and TCM services for youth. Services offered primarily through telehealth, with some in-person meetings within the community as needed, according to client preference. This is a fee for service position with flexible hours. Experience working with populations with co-occurring disorders/serious mental illness/behavioral challenges, homelessness, or transitioning youth is strongly preferred. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized treatment services and are excited to bring this much needed service to Maine communities. Required Skills: Experience with a Trauma Informed Recovery focused philosophy/ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations.

• Good organizational and computer skills; previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.

• Current Maine Driver’s License/ vehicle insurance as required by state law
