Person-centered support that helps adults living with serious mental illness build the skills, supports, and connections to live successfully in their communities.
Who it's for: Adults living with a serious mental illness who have MaineCare. A diagnostic assessment confirms eligibility.
Personalized support, advocacy, and care coordination that helps adults overcome barriers and connect with healthcare, housing, benefits, recovery, and community resources.
Who it's for: Adults with MaineCare who are living with HIV, experiencing homelessness or housing instability, or living with a substance use disorder. Unlike Adult Case Management, a mental health diagnosis is not what qualifies someone for Adult TCM.
Case managers work with children, youth, and their families to coordinate behavioral health care, school, medical, and community supports in one plan.
Who it's for: Children and youth with MaineCare coverage and behavioral, mental health, family, legal, or medical needs. Eligibility criteria differ by age.
We provide substance use treatment because every person deserves the opportunity to reclaim their health, dignity, and purpose. Recovery is not only possible, but powerful — strengthening individuals, families, and entire communities.
Who it's for: Adults seeking substance use treatment or recovery support. Contact our intake team to confirm eligibility and coverage.
Standalone assessments by trained clinical professionals — you don't need to be enrolled in other CCBH services. Scheduled by appointment only.
Who it's for: Anyone who needs an assessment to qualify for services or supports, including people referred by another provider or agency.
Some services, including case management, require medical necessity to qualify. A diagnostic assessment by a trained clinical professional determines whether a person is eligible.
